Broadcast Compliance Recorder is a video program recording and video stream capture software to review and prove aired content. It addresses legal mandated requirements to prove regulations are met, is used to prove facts in dispute regulations and helps meeting quality goals.

Control and Monitor All Operations

Manage the recording or capturing of different sources simultaneously from a central user interface. Monitor multiple channels at the same time. Review the recordings via that web interface. Create partial restores to be handed out to stakeholders. Supports various stream sources and video input cards.

Detect Signal Loss and Errors

Automatically send and display alarms in the event of freeze-frame, black frame, and signal loss. Get e-mail and visual notifications from the system to identify problems.

Integration with 3rd Party Systems

Designed to adapt to workflows or third-party systems with its own REST API and flexible triggering features.

Possibility to control BlackMagic, Bluefish, Decklink or AJA card based computers or 3rd party encoding software.
